Candi Belgian Tripel

Saaz and Hallertau hops provide a clean, floral aroma with minimal hop bitterness. Fruity/spicy flavors from the yeast are perfectly balanced with the sweetness of Belgian candy sugar. Notes of apricot and pear linger nicely against a dry finish.

Double D Double IPA
Double IPA | 8.0% ABV | 90 IBU
Double D is a full-bodied Imperial India Pale Ale, flaunting sultry guava, mango and tropical fruit aromas as a result of dry-hopping. Brewed with lightly toasted malts and Bravo bittering hops, this double delights with smooth warming alcohols and a torrid finish.

Gypsy Helles Lager

This Munich-Style Helles Lager is brewed in the tradition of great German Lagers. Munich and Vienna malts provide a honeyed backbone that is contrasted with the clean bitterness of Perle Hops. The result is a crisp and refreshing beer.

The 11th Sour

This ale is a kettle sour that uses lactobacillus, fermented on house ale yeast and then aged on concord grapes. Typical to any sour, this ale is pleasantly flavored and zings your tastebuds over and over.

Cherry Blossom Lager

Our Spring Seasonal, Cherry Blossom Lager is conditioned on red sour cherry pureé and dark sweet cherry pureé for 48 hours. It is delightfully effervescent, blushing, tart and resembles a cherry champagne.

Cat 5 Key Lime Lager
Lager | 4.2% ABV | 18 IBU
Brewed with inspiration from our sister restaurant, Rams Head Southernmost, this Key lime lager is the perfect storm of light-bodied, refreshing, and delectable. The subtle Key lime flavor rushes over the pallet with a nice crisp finish from the Glacier and Perle hops.

Octoberfest Lager

Sweet Heat IPA

Sweet Heat IPA is clear amber in color with grainy malt notes and a habanero-tangerine aroma. Sweet caramel and tangerine flavors are quickly replaced by the heat of habanero pepper.
