Copperhead Ale is Fordham’s flagship beer and an interpretation of the American Amber Ale.  Caramelized malts give this beer its sweet flavor and signature copper hue.  Bravo hops attribute a slight bitterness to the finish.

This Munich-Style Helles Lager is brewed in the tradition of great German Lagers. Munich and Vienna malts provide a honeyed backbone that is contrasted with the clean bitterness of Perle Hops. The result is a crisp and refreshing beer.

This American Pale Ale’s hop profile is complimented with an ample amount of malt flavor. It’s cold-conditioned on New Zealand hops creating an unmistakable citrus-like aroma. Cheers!

THE 11TH SOUR

The first Sour batch ever brewed by FoDo Brewing. This ale is a kettle sour that uses lactobacillus, fermented on house ale yeast and then aged on concord grapes. Typical to
any sour, this ale is pleasantly flavored and
zings your tastebuds over and over.

Our Fall Seasonal is light Amber in color
with a medium body, spiced with Cinnamon, Ginger, Clove, Allspice and Pumpkin.
